Return policy
Because fragrances are personal-care products, Nandha Aura does not accept returns or exchanges on orders placed on our website. If you are unsure which scent to choose, we suggest starting with a smaller size where available, so you can try it before choosing a bigger bottle.
Important notes
- Perfumes are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept any bottle that has been opened or used.
- Returns or replacements are accepted only if the product arrives damaged, leaking or defective.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable for orders that are returned, undelivered, unclaimed or refused.
Damaged or defective products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email skyboundeximventure@gmail.com within 2 business days of delivery with:
- Your name and email address
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging, and a continuous unboxing video showing the parcel being opened
After we verify your request, we will offer a replacement of the same product. If the same product is not available, we will refund the amount as described below. Requests that do not meet these conditions, or products sent back without our approval, may not be accepted.
Refund policy
Refunds apply only to approved damaged or defective claims, or to orders we are unable to fulfil.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method.
- If an online payment fails but the money is deducted, the amount is usually returned to your account automatically within 5-7 working days, depending on your bank.
- Once a refund is approved, we will confirm it by email.
Order cancellation
- You can cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it, as we dispatch quickly. Email your Order ID and the reason to skyboundeximventure@gmail.com.
- After 1 hour, the order may already be packed or shipped and cannot be cancelled.
- Nandha Aura may refuse or cancel an order if there is an error in product or price information, the product is out of stock, we cannot verify your details, or we suspect misuse. In that case, we will refund any amount you have paid.
