Dispatch and delivery time
- Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3-6 business days, depending on your location.
- Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details by email or SMS.
Delivery coverage
We deliver across India through trusted courier partners. Delivery to remote areas may take longer.
Shipping charges
We offer free delivery across India on orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
Careful packaging
Perfume bottles are made of glass, so every order is packed with care to arrive safely.
Delayed or missing orders
If your order has not arrived by the expected date, email skyboundeximventure@gmail.com with your order number. We will check with the courier partner for you. Investigations may take up to two weeks.
Wrong address or unclaimed orders
Please check your shipping address and phone number before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect details, or for orders that are refused or unclaimed. Shipping charges for such orders are not refunded.
Damaged on arrival
If your parcel looks damaged when it arrives, please record an unboxing video and follow the steps in our Return & Refund Policy.
